Hope For Healing Scars is a nonprofit organization located in Birmingham, AL with the mission to impact our community through education, events, and training in the knowledge and skills of Tae Kwon Do, Self-defense and Safety.

Our Inaugural Charity Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, November 5th, 2022, called the Hope For Healing Scars Board Break-A-Thon!

The event itself is an awesome experience for the World Class community, where Tae Kwon Do students will take part in breaking 2022 wooden boards with a variety of punching, striking and kicking techniques! There will be a silent auction, learn-to-break a board station, music, guests, and a HUGE Black Belt Demo team performance!

The event is held to raise funds for the World Class non-profit, Hope For Healing Scars which is an extension of the vision of World Class Tae Kwon Do!

The goal of this year's event is to raise $15,000 which will allow Hope For Healing Scars to invest equipping a team of instructors to be trained to help lead and empower local schools, churches and companies what to do in the case of a violent encounter in their workplace.

Additionally, along with the Counter Violence training, it will also fund the ability to set up classes for special needs groups and/or groups of children that might not have the ability to be exposed to Tae Kwon Do training and the benefits that come along with it.

Donations are 100% tax-deductable and Hope for Healing Scars Inc. is a 501c-3 organization.
